Eligibility for Returns:
- You have (30 days) from the date of purchase to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Customizable products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process:
1. Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team at Chenicebeverlyhills@outlook.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.

2. Shipping:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds:
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at Chenicebeverlyhills@outlook.com.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Customizable products, gift cards, and sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
